RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

We want to make PB the best shopping experience you’ve ever had. We want you to feel 100% confident when purchasing from PB knowing that you will be taken care of. 

Return for Store Credit ONLY! 

VERY STRICT RETURN POLICY so make sure you read the policy very carefully. 

POLICY applies for SHIPPED & PICK UP ORDERS!!! 

✔️ Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days from the date you receive your shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Any returns that we receive postmarked after the 7 days will be held at PB until additional shipping is paid to return the order to customer. 

✔️ Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, in the same condition it was in when you received it. **No perfume scent, no makeup stains **

✔️Store Credit will be given for the price that the merchandise was purchased at. 

✔️ Shipping will not be refunded for returned items. Customer will be responsible to ship items back to PB. 

✔️ If you need to exchange for a different size you will return your original order, checkout with the size you need and store credit will be added to your account when we receive your item. 

✔️ Due to high order volume we do not process exchanges. 

✔️ Incorrectly/defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper handling.

✔️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ACCESSORIES/CLEARANCE & SALE ITEMS!

DEFECT & DAMAGE POLICY 

✔️ Please inspect your items immediately. You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order if you have a defected item. Please send pictures and email us at customerservice@proverbsboutique.com so we can take care of you! 

 SWIMSUIT RETURN POLICY: 

✔️ Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days from the date you receive your shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Any returns that we receive postmarked after the 7 days will be held at PB until additional shipping is paid to return the order to customer. 

✔️ Reversible items that have the tag removed are not eligible for a return. We will not issue a refund or store credit.  Once the tag is removed, the size is no longer available and we cannot resell the item.  If we receive a return for a reversible item without a tag, we will offer to ship it back at your expense.

✔️ Items must be in new, unused, and salable condition with hygienic lining in place, if applicable. Deodorant/makeup stains cannot be accepted.  We WILL NOT accept dirty items.  You will be charged a 25% restocking/cleaning fee for any dirty items returned.  We can't resell a dirty item to you, or anyone else.

Please note:

Shipping costs are not refunded, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

All sale listed items are Final Sale. Final sale items and BOGO sales are not returnable/exchangeable. 

There are no returns or exchanges on already exchanged items.
