As we offer FREE Shipping on US orders customer is responsible to pay shipping for returns. Customer will receive return in gift card form as long as your return follows our guidelines.

D E F E C T S & D A M A G E D ITEMS

Upon receiving your order please inspect your items immediately. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for any defects. Contact us at customerservice@proverbsboutique.com

  • We’re not responsible for any defects after they’ve been washed or worn.

 C A N C E L L A T I O N S

  • To cancel an order you must contact us immediately as we do ship orders very quickly. We will not be able to cancel or refund your order if it was already been processed.
  • 15% cancellation fee will be charged to customer for any cancellations
  • Coupons utilized will not be reimbursed or re-issued

We DO NOT offer exchanges. Due to high order volume & the high risk of sellouts, we are not able to process exchanges.

We DO NOT offer refunds. Store credit or a gift card will be issued within 2 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. 

SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of you receiving your order.

  • Returns will be refunded in Gift Card form
  • Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
  • Please allow 2-3 business to process your return once we receive it
  • If you need to exchange for a different size you will return your original order, checkout with the size you need and store credit will be added to your account when we receive your item.
