VERY STRICT RETURN POLICY so make sure you read the policy very carefully.
POLICY applies for SHIPPED & PICK UP ORDERS!!!
✔️ Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days from the date you receive your shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Any returns that we receive postmarked after the 7 days will be held at PB until additional shipping is paid to return the order to customer.
✔️ Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, in the same condition it was in when you received it. **No perfume scent, no makeup stains **
✔️Store Credit will be given for the price that the merchandise was purchased at.
✔️ Shipping will not be refunded for returned items. Customer will be responsible to ship items back to PB.
✔️ If you need to exchange for a different size you will return your original order, checkout with the size you need and store credit will be added to your account when we receive your item.
✔️ Due to high order volume we do not process exchanges.

DEFECT & DAMAGE POLICY
✔️ Please inspect your items immediately. You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order if you have a defected item. Please send pictures and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can take care of you!
I hope you girls love these changes we’re making. With that being said, we ask for your patience as we make these changes and adjust to a whole new task we’re adding to our current work load Please allow time for your return to be processed.
